Inclusion criteria

* Infective endocarditis patients by DUKES criteria

Exclusion criteria

* HIV positive * Patients suffering from other infective diseases other than endocarditis. * Patient suffering from collagen diseases for example: systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), mixed connective tissue disease, and scleroderma.
