* Thermic burn from 20% to 80% * 15 \< age \< 70 years * written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

* diabetes mellitus * corticoid or immuno-suppressive therapy * HIV * evolutive cancers * pregnancy * abdominal lesion * hepatic or renal failure
