Inclusion criteria

* Stable coronary artery disease * Patient accepted for coronary artery bypass surgery * Ischemic mitral regurgitation

Exclusion criteria

* Acute coronary syndrome within 30 days * Organic valvular heart disease * Need for other than CABG and mitral valve repair cardiac surgical procedure
