* Clinical diagnosis of acute or chronic musculoligamentous lesion * Must be able to understand instructions and fill in auto administered questionnaires * Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

* Use of oral corticosteroids or corticosteroid injections * Systemic diseases * General contraindications for phototherapy
