Inclusion criteria
* Cases of pseudophakic and aphakic retinal detachment with PVR grade A or B
Exclusion criteria
* PVR grade C * History of surgery for RD * Signs of diabetic retinopathy, AMD, glaucoma and macular hole * History of ocular trauma * Giant retinal tear
