* Subjects with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer * KPS \> 70% * Life expectancy of at least 3 months

Exclusion criteria

* received previous chemotherapy for the current indication * received previous radiotherapy for the current indication * Currently receiving chemotherapy
