* Finished treatment at secondary sector specialist spinal unit * Able to understand and read Danish
Exclusion criteria
* Co-morbidity preventing patient from completing Nordic walking program * Pain \<3 on 11 point box scale * Unable to perform Watt Max Cykel Test
