* All women presenting for prenatal care at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania or affiliated clinics

Exclusion criteria

* Multiple gestations * Medical conditions such as diabetes, chronic hypertension, renal disease * Fetal malformations or chromosomal anomalies * Fetal death
