Inclusion criteria
* Cirrhotic patients admitted for an acute complication of cirrhosis * admission ≤ 6 hours of inclusion
Exclusion criteria
* Child-Pugh score \> 13 * Digestive hemorrhage * Non cirrhotic portal hypertension
