* Reduced left ventricular systolic function * Hypotension * Anuria or oligouria

Exclusion criteria

* Less than 18 years old * Pregnant * Uncorrected valvular stenosis * Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) * Third degree AV block
