Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community-dwelling older adults aged =65 years residing in one city in Gyeonggi-do, Korea Able to understand the purpose and procedures of the study and providing voluntary written informed consent Not taking medication for depression or dementia Not currently participating in a similar frailty-prevention program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Residents of a nursing home (long-term care facility) Users of a day-care center Those with difficulty in daily mobility or walking
