Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A breast cancer survivor is defined as someone who has completed treatment for breast cancer more than two years ago. An obese woman is defined by the World Health Organization, Asia-Pacific criteria, and the Korean Society for the Study of Obesity as having a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 kg/m² or higher and a waist circumference of 85 cm or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included obeses breast cancer survivors who had engaged in regular exercise in the past six months, those who planned to become pregnant, or those with orthopedic issues.
