Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In the case of nurses, 1) a nurse who is in the hospital and has worked independently for more than 1 month in the current workplace is a person who corresponds to 50 cutting points presented in the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory. In the case of a nursing assistant, 1) a nurse assistant who is in the hospital and 2) has worked independently at the current workplace for more than 1 month is a person who corresponds to 50 cutting points presented in the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are that both nurses and nursing assistants are currently diagnosed by the Department of Mental Health and are in medication or have a history of mental illness, and are currently participating in counseling and psychotherapy or intervention programs in progress at other institutions.
