Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Healthy adolescent students studying in government school who will be present on all phases of the study (baseline, intervention, and post-assessment). - Students who are willing to participate and whose parents/guardians provide informed consent, and who themselves provide assent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Students with musculoskeletal disorders, recent injuries, or any medical condition that contraindicates participation in physical exercise. - Students currently engaged in any structured physical training or regular athletic training program.
