Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged =19 and <65 years 2. Patients who meet at least one of the following criteria and are scheduled to undergo metabolic and bariatric surgery (A–C) or gastric wedge resection (D): A. BMI =35 kg/m² B. BMI =30 kg/m² with obesity-related comorbidities, such as hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus C. BMI =27.5 kg/m² and <30 kg/m² with type 2 diabetes mellitus that remains inadequately controlled despite conventional medical treatment D. A gastric subepithelial tumor 3. Patients who voluntarily provide written informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a contraindication to acetaminophen or ibuprofen 2. Patients with chronic pain or hyperalgesia 3. Patients receiving opioid therapy before surgery 4. Patients considered unsuitable for participation in the study at the investigator’s discretion
