Others(Rehabilitation exercise) : In this intervention, exercises are performed through a digital rehabilitation platform, consisting of 10–15 movements per session and applied for less than 30 minute

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adult patients aged 19 or older after treatment in the ICU of this hospital - Individuals who possess a smartphone - Patients who were admitted to the ICU for more than 2 days (exceeding 48 hours) - Individuals who understand the explanation of this study and voluntarily consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals who have difficulty cooperating with the rehabilitation exercise program due to inadequate levels of consciousness or cognition. - Individuals who are unable to perform most of the exercise program due to severe limitations in muscle strength or range of motion, amputation, etc. - Individuals who require movement restrictions necessary for the rehabilitation exercise program due to fractures or skeletal instability. - Individuals who have difficulty cooperating with the rehabilitation exercise program due to impaired vision or hearing.
