Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adult women aged 19 years or older - Individuals with functional dyspepsia and an SF-LDQ score of 7 or higher - Individuals with low back pain lasting for at least 3 months and a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score of 3 or higher - Individuals who voluntarily provide written informed consent after understanding the purpose and procedures of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals who have received treatment for functional dyspepsia or low back pain within the past 4 weeks - Individuals with a history of recent abdominal surgery - Individuals with gastrointestinal diseases or severe medical conditions - Pregnant women or women with the possibility of pregnancy - Individuals considered unsuitable for participation by the investigator
