Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Individuals aged 65 years or older who have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), or who have a Korean Mini-Mental State Examination(K-MMSE) score of 18–28 and report subjective cognitive decline or memory impairment - Individuals with no history of other neurological or psychiatric disorders - Individuals who are able to communicate and have no difficulty understanding or completing the program - Individuals whose family members or legal guardians have agreed to their participation in the study and who have also voluntarily provided their own consent to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Individuals with impairments in hearing, vision, upper extremity motor function, or vestibular function
