Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 65 to 75 years. Body fat percentage =35%. No participation in any regular exercise program during the previous 6 months. Mini-Mental State Examination-Korean version (MMSE-K) score =24. Provided written informed consent after receiving a full explanation of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiovascular disorders limiting exercise participation. Medical conditions considered unsuitable for aquatic exercise by a physician. Planned participation in another structured exercise program during the study period. Any other medical or psychiatric condition that could interfere with study participation or outcome assessment.
