Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Nurses aged 39 or younger employed at secondary and tertiary general hospitals nationwide 2) Those with a total clinical career (experience) of 3 months or longer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those aged 40 or older 2) Those employed at non-general hospital institutions, such as primary clinics or long-term care hospitals 3) Those with a total clinical experience of less than 3 months
