Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Mothers caring for children diagnosed with developmental disabilities or developmental delay -Mothers of children from preschool age to the sixth grade of elementary school -Participants who are able to perform aerobic physical activities, including light-intensity walking and jogging

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Individuals with cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders, or other medical conditions that may restrict participation in the exercise program. -Individuals who have engaged in regular aerobic exercise for at least 3 months prior to study enrollment. -Individuals who are pregnant or have medical limitations preventing participation in exercise during the postpartum period.
