Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Older adults aged 65 years or older ? Individuals capable of performing exercise independently ? Individuals meeting 3 or more of the following metabolic syndrome diagnostic criteria: Waist circumference: =90 cm (men) / =85 cm (women) Fasting blood glucose: =100 mg/dL HDL: =40 mg/dL (men) / =50 mg/dL (women) Blood pressure: =130/85 mmHg Triglycerides: =150 mg/dL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals unable to perform exercise due to cardiovascular, neurological, or musculoskeletal disease ? Individuals with a history of surgery or hospitalization within the past 3 months ? Individuals with a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score below 24
