Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19 to 29 years residing in South Korea who have engaged in self-harm behaviors without suicidal intent on at least 5 different days, with a total frequency of 5 or more episodes, within the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded from the study: 1. Individuals younger than 19 years or older than 29 years 2. Individuals who do not provide informed consent 3. Individuals with missing responses or responses judged to be random or careless 4. Individuals reporting recent suicidal ideation or suicide plans requiring immediate crisis intervention (as assessed using the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale [C-SSRS]) 5. Non-iPhone users (as the Ecological Momentary Assessment [EMA] application used in this study is available only on the iOS platform)
