Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Certified care workers (holders of a care worker license) Home-based care workers who have provided direct care for older adults aged 65 years or older receiving home care services for at least 6 months Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and provide written informed consent Individuals able to participate in the program (simulation-based education) and complete questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have received education related to end-of-life care or hospice care within the past 6 months Individuals planning to participate in other end-of-life care or hospice-related programs during the study period Individuals unable to participate in the program due to leave of absence, resignation, or similar reasons during the study period Individuals considered unable to participate due to physical or mental health problems
