Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult women aged 20 to 45 Individuals with at least 2 years of Hatha Yoga practice experience or holding a yoga instructor certification Individuals who fully understand the purpose and procedures of the study and have voluntarily provided written consent Healthy adults capable of performing regular exercise Individuals who can participate in exercise interventions 3 times a week for a total of 12 sessions during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, or neurological disorders that limit exercise participation. Individuals with recent musculoskeletal injuries or conditions that restrict exercise. Pregnant women or individuals with suspected pregnancy. Individuals with medical conditions considered inappropriate for exercise participation by the investigators. Individuals who are unable to comply with the study protocol or who do not provide informed consent.
