Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 30 to 70 years 2. Unilateral or bilateral plantar heel pain lasting at least 3 months 3. Clinical diagnosis of plantar fasciitis or plantar heel pain syndrome based on history and physical examination 4. Ability to walk independently 5. Ability to understand the study procedures and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous foot or ankle surgery 2. Active fracture 3. Systemic inflammatory arthropathy 4. Peripheral neuropathy 5. Inability to walk independently 6. Abnormal skin sensation or hypersensitivity to vibration that may interfere with study participation
