Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 3 to 5 years enrolled in early childhood education institutions (kindergartens, daycare centers, etc.) in Busan, who are physically and mentally capable of participating in the physical activity program, and whose institution directors and parents/guardians have provided voluntary written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children who have difficulty participating in physical activities, or those for whom normal data collection is difficult due to refusal of participation, transfer to another region, absence, or request for withdrawal during the study period.
