Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses currently working in the emergency department of a general hospital or higher-level medical institution 2. Nurses with at least 6 months of emergency department work experience 3. Individuals who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses with less than 6 months of emergency department work experience 2. Nurses who have completed similar de-escalation or violence-response simulation training within the previous 6 months
