Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease according to the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society (MDS) Clinical Diagnostic Criteria 2) Adults aged =20 years (however, for those aged =75 years, only individuals judged to have sufficient decision-making capacity for study participation based on a capacity-to-consent assessment) 3) Korean version of the Mini-Mental State Examination, 2nd edition (K-MMSE-2) score =24 4) Able to read and write in Korean 5) Provided voluntary written informed consent after understanding the purpose and procedures of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Korean version of the Mini-Mental State Examination, 2nd edition (K-MMSE-2) score <24 2) Diagnosis of atypical parkinsonism (e.g., multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy) 3) Participation in the interview deemed unsafe, or decision-making capacity for study participation significantly impaired, due to acute suicide risk, psychotic symptoms, mania, or severe depressive episode 4) Deemed unsuitable for participation in this study at the investigator's discretion, for other reasons
