Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male collegiate soccer players aged 19–22 years 2. Players registered with the Korea Football Association 3. Players with at least 6 years of soccer experience 4. Players with a Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) score of 25 or lower 5. Players with symptoms of chronic ankle instability or recurrent episodes of ankle instability 6. Players who voluntarily provided written informed consent after receiving an explanation of the study purpose and procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players who played in the goalkeeper position 2. Players who expressed their intention to withdraw from the study at any time during the study period
