Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Women aged 70 years or older • Able to understand the study objectives and procedures and provide written informed consent • Able to perform activities of daily living independently and participate in exercise • Not participating in a regular exercise program within the previous 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Individuals with cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal disorders that may interfere with participation • Individuals with medical conditions that limit safe participation in exercise • Individuals with cognitive impairment that interferes with study participation or assessment • Individuals considered unsuitable for participation by the investigators
