Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults aged 19 years or older. Individuals with no clinically significant colorectal disease confirmed by a colonoscopy performing within the previous 2 years, or individuals considered healthy based on the investigator's medical evaluation. Individuals considered generally healthy based on medical history, medication history, physical examination, and vital signs, and deemed eligible by the investigator. Individuals who voluntarily provided written informed consent after receiving a full explanation of the study. Individuals able to comply with the study procedures, including dietary intervention or bowel preparation and serial exhaled breath sample collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with asthma or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Individuals with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (HbA1c =7.0% or diabetic ketoacidosis). Individuals with chronic inflammatory diseases, including Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Individuals who underwent bowel preparation or colonoscopy within 1 week before enrollment. Individuals with a history of infectious disease (e.g., pneumonia, hepatitis, urinary tract infection) or acute cardiac, neurologic, or renal disease within 2 weeks before enrollment. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or women with the potential for pregnancy. Individuals with confirmed congenital diseases. Individuals with a history of major gastrointestinal surgery. Individuals who participated in another clinical study within 30 days before enrollment. Individuals considered unsuitable for study participation by the investigator.
