Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients • Adult patients aged 19 years or older and younger than 80 years, Patients initiating high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy • Able to understand the purpose of the study and provide voluntary informed consent 2. Family caregivers • One family caregiver who is primarily involved in the patient's treatment and care, Aged 19 years or older • Able to understand the purpose of the study and provide voluntary informed consent 3. Nurses • Nurses with at least 6 months of experience caring for patients receiving high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy • Participated in the implementation of the patient- and family-centered care program
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients • Individuals with visual or hearing impairments that interfere with communication • Individuals with cognitive impairment, including delirium or dementia • Individuals who require endotracheal intubation or mechanical ventilation because of clinical deterioration during study participation 2. Family caregivers • Individuals with visual or hearing impairments that interfere with communication • Individuals diagnosed with dementia or a psychiatric disorder • Individuals who are not continuously involved in the patient's treatment and care 3. Nurses • Nurse managers who are not directly involved in providing patient care
