Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Year 1 ?One elementary school will be selected from each of the following residential settings in Ulsan: an industrial-complex area, an urban area, and a suburban area. ?Eligible participants will be elementary school students from two classes at each of the three selected schools who agree to participate in the study. ?Both the student and the student’s parent or legal guardian must be willing to participate in the intervention program before its initiation. ?Before the program begins, the parent or legal guardian must provide written informed consent, and the student must provide written assent. Both must be able to understand the study procedures and requirements and agree to comply with them. Years 2 and 3 ?One elementary school will be selected from each of the following residential settings in Ulsan: an industrial-complex area, an urban area, and a suburban area. One additional elementary school will be selected from the Gyeongbuk region. ?Eligible participants will be elementary school students from four to eight classes at each of the four selected schools who agree to participate in the study. ?Both the student and the student’s parent or legal guardian must be willing to participate in the intervention program before its initiation. ?Before the program begins, the parent or legal guardian must provide written informed consent, and the student must provide written assent. Both must be able to understand the study procedures and requirements and agree to comply with them.
