Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who meet the eligibility criteria, understand the purpose of the study, and voluntarily provide written informed consent will be enrolled. After recruitment, participants will be randomly assigned to either the experimental group or the control group in a 1:1 ratio within each stratum, using a computer-generated randomization sequence with academic year (third year, fourth year) as the stratification variable. The inclusion criteria are as follows: ? Third- and fourth-year undergraduate nursing students. ? Nursing students with clinical practice experience. ? Nursing students who have not participated in any cultural competence intervention developed for nursing students.
