Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female participants aged 19-29 years Presence of at least 2 of the following postural characteristics: Forward head posture with craniovertebral angle (CVA) =50° Round shoulder and thoracic kyphosis Prolonged sedentary lifestyle (=8 hours/day) maintained for =6 months Dysfunctional breathing pattern: Predominance of chest breathing over abdominal breathing Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score =6 for upper chest breathing predominance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of diagnosis or treatment for cardiopulmonary, neurological, or muscular system disorders within the past 6 months Regular smokers (=5 cigarettes per day) Taking medications that may affect respiratory or muscular function Unable or unwilling to adhere to study protocol and instructions History of trunk or extremity surgery within the past 6 months Body Mass Index (BMI) =30 kg/m² or =18 kg/m² Severe psychiatric disorders
