Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Registered nurses who are employed as full-time staff nurses at Seoul National University Hospital, have worked for more than 3 months and less than 1 year at the time of recruitment, and are currently working in the Children's Hospital. (2) Nurses who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily agree to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Nurses who have previous work experience at a tertiary general hospital before being employed by the current hospital after graduation from nursing school. (2) Nurses who do not provide direct patient care (e.g., nurses working in diagnostic or examination units).
