Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) No history of shoulder pain or orthopedic surgery within the past 6 months. 2) A range of motion of external rotation of the shoulder joint of 45° or more. 3) No neurological injury or musculoskeletal disease of the upper extremities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of experience pain or discomfort during external rotation of the shoulder. 2) History of experience pain during the maximal voluntary isometric contraction test of the shoulder muscles. 3) Individuals who are pregnant.
