Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adult males aged 19 to 39 years 2. Individuals engaging in regular physical activity of at least 30 minutes per session, 3 or more times per week 3. Individuals with no history of musculoskeletal, metabolic, cardiovascular, or pulmonary disease within the past 6 months 4. Individuals who have been fully informed of the purpose and procedures of the study and have voluntarily agreed to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals taking medications or related supplements that affect vascular or metabolic function 2. Individuals with a recent lower-limb injury, hypertension, or metabolic disease 3. Individuals who fail to comply with the pre-test control requirements 4. Individuals deemed unsuitable for the study by the investigator
