Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, individuals with plantar fasciitis symptoms persisting for 4 weeks or more, individuals with a visual analog pain scale score of 4–7 during walking, individuals showing a positive reaction on the windlass test, and individuals with a calcaneal origin thickness of 4 mm or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with cognitive impairment who have difficulty understanding the purpose and procedures of the study, pregnant women, individuals with hemorrhagic disorders, individuals with infection at the application site, individuals with skin lesions, individuals who have received steroid injections or drug treatment in the relevant area within the past 3 months, individuals with a history of foot-related surgery, and individuals with neurological disorders.
