Others( behavioral factors) : - The aquatic exercise program of this study will be conducted twice a week for 8 weeks, and the exercise program will be a circuit training aimed at reducing body fat. -

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: · Individuals with a BMI of 25 or higher who possess at least one of the following risk factors: hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, etc. · Individuals aged 50 or older but under 65 who have voluntarily consented to participate in the study · Individuals with no physical or mental health impairments that would prevent them from performing hot spring exercises · Individuals without neurological or musculoskeletal disorders, with no limitations in physical activity, and who do not engage in regular exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: · Individuals with symptoms and signs of cardiovascular, metabolic, or renal disease according to American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) standards · Individuals taking painkillers or medications to manage knee and back pain · Individuals with a history of unstable angina, heart attack, heart surgery, arthritis, chronic renal failure, epilepsy, seizures, chronic enteritis, etc. · Individuals with fractures · Individuals who regularly engage in exercise
