Interventions

Behavioral : The intervention in this study consists of a 12-week combined exercise program performed twice per week, with each session lasting 60 minutes. Each session comprises a warm-up (5 minutes)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Community-dwelling older adults aged 65 years or older 2) Individuals with a Korean Mini-Mental State Examination (K-MMSE) score of 24 or higher 3) Individuals able to walk indoors independently without a walking aid 4) Individuals who have not participated in a regular exercise program (twice or more per week) within the past 3 months 5) Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily agree to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals diagnosed with cognitive-related disorders such as Alzheimer's disease 2) Individuals with uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure = 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure = 110 mmHg) 3) Individuals who have experienced a musculoskeletal injury or surgery within the past 6 months 4) Individuals with a history of cardiovascular or neurological disease 5) Individuals unable to walk independently without a walking aid 6) Individuals deemed to be at risk for participating in exercise for any other reason
