Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy university students aged 20 years or older 2. Individuals who have received an explanation of the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily decided to participate 3. Individuals who have provided written informed consent using the informed consent form approved by the Institutional Review Board

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of surgery involving a lower extremity joint 2. Individuals diagnosed with a neurological or musculoskeletal disorder 3. Individuals who have experienced clinically significant pain in a lower extremity joint within the previous 6 months
