Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community-dwelling women aged 65 years or older who were able to perform activities of daily living independently and participate in moderate-intensity exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled metabolic disease, neurological disorders, severe musculoskeletal conditions limiting exercise participation, cancer diagnosed within the past 5 years, or any other medical condition deemed inappropriate for exercise intervention
