Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Healthy adults aged 20–24 years - No serious mental or physical illness within the past 6 months - Voluntarily provided written informed consent - Able to follow the investigator’s instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Use of medications that may affect electroencephalography (EEG) - Cardiovascular or respiratory disease unsuitable for vigorous exercise - Visual, auditory, or vestibular impairment
