Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Current work experience in the department is not less than 1 year and not more than 3 years -A person who has been admitted to Ajou University Hospital or admitted to the hospital to treat acute physical damage caused by suicide attempts -A person who understands the purpose and procedure of the study and agrees to participate in the study in writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -A person who has no experience in nursing a patient who attempted suicide -a person who has worked in a psychiatric ward -A person who has reported mental stress or illness that may affect this study
