Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult males aged 20 years or older Members of the Pusan National University American football team

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of lower-limb surgery, hospitalization, or fracture within the 6 months prior to study participation Individuals who have received injection therapy (e.g., corticosteroid injections) in the Achilles tendon region within the past 3 months (excluded because such injections may alter tendon tissue properties) Individuals currently diagnosed with and undergoing treatment for a lower-limb musculoskeletal condition (e.g., tendinitis, ligament injury, arthritis) (excluded because associated inflammation and pain may affect the measurement of tendon mechanical properties)
