Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who demonstrated positive findings on the Passive Lumbar Extension Test and the Prone Instability Test, had experienced low back pain for 3 months or longer, scored the low back pain at least 3 points on the 10 points in Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) during activities of daily living or lumbar movements

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with neurological symptoms related to the spine or history of spinal surgery
