Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals aged 65 or older residing in the community who do not have communication disabilities. 2) Individuals who understand the instructions for using VR equipment. 3) Individuals who do not experience dizziness and have no health issues after wearing the HMD equipment. 4) Individuals who understand the purpose and content of the study, wish to participate in the research voluntarily, and have signed the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who have difficulties communicating or do not understand the precautions related to wearing VR equipment. 2) Individuals unable to walk independently. 3) Individuals who experience dizziness, headaches, nausea, or vomiting after wearing the HMD, making it difficult to proceed with the research.
