Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Female patients aged 19 years or older - Scheduled to undergo elective robot-assisted gynecologic surgery - American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II - Completed the Big Five personality assessment before surgery - Provided written informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients undergoing emergency robot-assisted gynecologic surgery - Body mass index (BMI) <18.5 or =35 kg/m² - Pregnancy or lactation - Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction - Coagulation disorder or bleeding diathesis - History of substance abuse - History of hypersensitivity to opioid analgesics, non-opioid analgesics, or local anesthetics - Absence of a preoperative prescription for intravenous patient-controlled analgesia - History of psychiatric diagnosis or neurologic disease that could affect psychological assessment - Difficulty in communication, such as language impairment or cognitive dysfunction
